I’m so happy to have met Brian and worked with him on our house buying journey. He was great at explaining everything to me and my family. We were buying a house for the first time and he explained and went through each step with us so would be prepared when the time came. The process was a grind. We were getting beat by crazy offers for the houses we liked. But he didn’t get discouraged and made sure we didn’t either. He walked us through the new plan and eventually we had multiple accepted offers we had to choose from. After it was all said and done we found out he had several other clients and they had offers accepted around the same time we did too. But honestly we always felt that we were the only ones and we were his priority! The team was great and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an agent.

Brian is our hero! Not only did he got us our dream home (a single family home with a guest house) but he also save us sufficient amount since we got our home 75k below listed priced. The seller was extremely difficult but Brian and his team move mountain and truly made magic happen to get us our home and close accordingly. Truly amazing!
